We're inspiring female future leaders from shop floor to top floor in high-tech STEM fields with incredible, FREE hands-on experience events.
- Improve gender & cultural diversity in high-tech STEM fields
- Raise awareness of the limitless opportunities available to women in high-tech fields by promoting our events through various media, social media, participant and partner networks
- Ensure we're reaching women & girls diverse in age, ethnic, cultural, educational and socio-economic backgrounds
- Encourage host agencies to staff our events with crews diverse in gender, age and culture where possible
- Create mentoring partnerships between industry, agency and education partners and our target female audience
- Work with industry, agency and education partners towards improving recruitment techniques, integration practices and retention strategies for women
- Create a means of tracking interest and repeated participation in our events, projects and programs, and determine a meaningful correlation with improvements in gender and cultural diversity in our target industries
- Continue growing our signature annual The Sky's No Limit - She is Anything! events by at least 20% annually
- Continue evolving our IT integrations to streamline tracking, reporting and user experience
- Work with governments and educational institutions to generate better benchmark statistics in our various target industries, in order to have a yardstick by which to measure improvement
- Enlist the support of education departments/ministries, Indigenous, ethnic, cultural and community groups to encourage members' participation in our free events, projects and programs
- Establish and cultivate relations with industry, agency and education partners to expand financial support for our events, projects and programs in order to keep them free for our target audience
- Establish and cultivate similar relations with US and other International counterparts, working together towards a mutual goal of improving gender & cultural diversity in high-tech STEM fields
